I often get outfit ideas from Pinterest because sometimes you can stare at your closet and nothing really jumps out at you to wear. I have a fall/winter and spring/summer fashion board and these are my go to when I need a quick outfit inspiration.
Fall has definitely arrived here in Indiana, so I thought it might be fun to show you some looks inspired by photos I found on Pinterest then created from items I already have in my closet.
My striped sweater cardigan is from a local boutique but I got it last winter. I’ve linked a similar one at an affordable price point here. Jeans are from American Eagle, black tee is from Target and gray booties are Lucky Brand from DSW. My purse is Kate Spade, which I found on Poshmark, so either hunt for a similar one there, or check out this one I’ve linked for you.
This look was fairly easy to recreate! Again, my olive v-neck is from Target, leggings are the Perfect Fit leggings from Grace & Lace, boots are Steve Madden Troopa that I bought on eBay. Cardigan is a few years old from Dottie Couture, but I highly recommend the Bare Foot Dreams cardigan that you can get at Nordstrom!
This look is perfect for rainy days and I love this waffle knit cardigan from Nordstrom. I believe it’s sold out with the exception of plus sizes, but I’ve linked a couple others that are similar. Instead of a denim chambray shirt, I paired it with a dress and wore flats to complete the look.
Finally, a classic look for work or even dinner! We aren’t allowed to wear ripped jeans to work, so I paired it with solid black denim from Express, an off white v-neck from Grace and Lace and an olive chambray shirt from Magnolia Boutique. Everything is older, but this is an easy outfit to recreate!
